Pivot is a unified, real-time platform designed for commuters to access reliable public transport information and integrated ticketing to simplify their daily journeys and reduce travel anxiety.
Core problem
85% of 50,000+ daily commuters believe public transport infrastructure is inadequate. The average satisfaction rating with the current system for local bus information is extremely low at 1.83 out of 5. 44% of commuters find it difficult to access transport-related information on digital platforms. A massive 77% of local bus route and schedule information is currently gathered via "Word of mouth".
The Approach for Pivot
The focus for Pivot was to design a fast, goal-oriented product that helps users make confident decisions without friction. The objective was clarity over clutter—removing unnecessary steps, simplifying navigation, and ensuring users could understand and act within seconds. The experience was designed to scale for growing teams while remaining intuitive for first-time users.
